Vendor Contact

This is a three-day event.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot.
All fees and documentation from approved applicants must be received by August 1, 2013. No vendor will be allowed in without fees paid in full and proper documentation.

 VENDOR SPACES

Vendor spaces are 10′ X 10′. Tent tie-downs, trailer hitches, campers, canopies and other parts of the display must fit inside this area. If you need more room, you must purchase additional space.  Access to one 110 volt, electrical outlet will be provided for the weekend. If you require 220 voltage for your equipment, you must indicate this in the Vendor Information section of this application. We also need to know if you require access to water. Booth assignments are made based on the necessity of proximity to power & water sources. You, the vendor, are responsible for providing your own all- weather outside extension power cord with multiple outlets. (Minimum of 100’ cord is recommended). The use of generators is Highly Encouraged, but they must be in the rear of the area and not excessively loud. Extra vehicles will require an extra fee. Fee will also be based on how many employees each vendor requires.

Food and Beverage Vendors will not be permitted to sell coffee or alcohol. All other beverages are acceptable.
